As part and parcel of our service you get your own Account Manager whose job it is to make sure we understand exactly the kind of person you’re looking for. Within 4 hours, our trained and experienced advert ninjas then get cracking with writing your job advert. This means you can be sure that your job is top of the job board search results and attracts all the right job seekers.

We’re also happy to use your own advert if you have one already, we’ll just do a bit of optimisation-magic on it first.

2 Your advert goes live

Once we have drafted your advert and you’re happy with it, we launch your advert across all of the relevant job boards within the hour. Your job advert is online for a full 28 days and you can see it live on the job board sites as soon as it is posted.

To really get the best applicant response, we also make sure that the application process is laid out clearly, whilst making sure it fits in with your existing business processes.

3 We review your advert

We monitor your advertising campaign regularly to make sure your job advert is being viewed and that you are getting the right quality of applications for your vacancy. Making sure your expectations are being met, we will liaise with you on the progress of your recruitment campaign to ensure you have a good selection of applicants to take to interview.

It’s not just one person one job here, there’s a whole team working behind the scenes to make sure your job advert performs and you get the best applicants.

4 You screen

Unlike some providers who are happy to have your inbox clogged with CVs, with Flat Fee Recruiter your job applications come into our easy-to-use Applicant Tracking System (a fancy name for a clever bit of recruitment tech). We built the system to be practical and functional, so it doesn’t just store your CVs (which you own by the way) but you can also organise them and move them through the recruitment process. You can also send e-mails directly from the system so that your applicants are kept up-to-date with where they are in the recruitment process.

It’s really user-friendly and Sarah’s on hand to help you use the system and get the most out of it!

5 You interview

And now for the exciting bit - you’ve got a nice selection of applicants in your shortlist to choose from and it’s time for you to interview the best ones. If you want you can use our tracking system to help you arrange the interviews using the Online Booking facility. The booking service comes free with the system and is accessed by both yourself and the applicant so you can schedule your interviews at a mutually-convenient time, saving the hassle of back-and-forth phone calls.

Alternatively, you could use your own in-house systems and procedures and take it from there...we don’t mind at all! With us, you’re in full control we just give you the tools and knowledge to attract the best applicants to your job roles.
