With a lifetime of experience in recruitment, Lis is hands-on and heavily involved in all aspects of how things are run around here. The brains behind the brand, she is dedicated to ensuring that all our customers are looked after and we get lots of new ones too.

Lis takes recruitment very seriously but she is an energetic, hugely positive influence in the office always bringing motivational cheer to the team. Some might also describe her as a bit loud…

What a lot of people don’t know: Lis has worked all over the world and loves meeting and talking to people from all walks of life….

Paula has been pivotal to the development of client relationships at Flat Fee Recruiter for nearly 5 years.  She works closely with customers across Education, Sales & Wholesale, Medical & Healthcare.

Paula is a friendly, approachable and devilishly attractive young lady. She’s highly efficient, charismatic and very keen to make sure all advertising campaigns work to the best of their ability.

What a lot of people don’t know: Paula has an exceptional talent for cricket and takes all sports very seriously.

Tracy has worked in sales for most of her life and we are her second home. She spends her day looking after her customers and understanding their job vacancies. She thrives on building long term relationships with clients and seeing her awesome clients return time after time.

Tracy considers herself a bit of a hippy, activist.  She is funny and loves a bit of banter. She is an open, honest and cheerful lady who always loves a debate.

What a lot of people don’t know: We don’t believe Tracy sleeps at home, her commitment to Flat Fee Recruiter is unquestionable & we love her!

With an MA in English and a previous career as a Copywriter, James is responsible for spreading the word about Flat Fee Recruiter’s fabulous services.

Our resident East Yorkshire hipster, he loves a good wind up and doesn’t take himself too seriously. He’s cool headed – as he should be, considering he hasn’t got any hair!

What a lot of people don’t know: James has a fabulous singing voice and is a chess grandmaster (in his dreams).

Kath has worked as a technical Project Manager within the automotive industry for the last 15 years and has now transferred her skills to improve the technology within Flat Fee Recruiter.

Friendly, diplomatic and efficient, Kath has a natural ability to relay technical jargon into layman’s terms and enables even the least technical people to feel good & positive about tech.

She also delivers all the training and deals with any technical queries that arise.  Kath is outgoing, friendly, funny, very proactive, and meticulous about all tasks at hand.

What a lot of people don’t know: Kath-the-explorer has been to many places across the globe from New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, USA, Southeast Asia, India & Europe. Her dream is to travel the world, one airport at a time.

Carl’s route into copywriting wasn’t exactly what you’d call traditional.  It was during his five years as a teacher that he discovered his love for writing.

Because he’s used to planning and pitching to an audience, Carl makes it his mission to get to know clients, to write bespoke adverts that will attract the best candidates.

You can always rely on Carl to tell the most TERRIBLE dad jokes – really!

What a lot of people don’t know: Carl is obsessed with football and has been a Leeds United season ticket holder since 2009.

A veteran of the recruitment industry, Bianca brings her years of expertise and creativity in the business to her role as lead recruiter for our Ultimate Hiring Solution.

From proactively approaching the best candidates to screening CVs and and conducting on-line interviews, Bianca has got it covered.

What a lot of people don’t know: Bianca grew up in Australia – but she hates the sun! Fortunately that’s not something she has to worry about too often here in Leeds!

Rachel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her Recruitment Support role.

In her previous career Rachel was a Detective Inspector – hunting down the best candidates is made easier with Rachel around!

Our Head of Wellbeing, Storm, loves Rachel, not least because she arranges lots of playdates with her own canine sidekick, Scooby.

What a lot of people don’t know: Rachel has a wide array of hobbies, including padel tennis. If you don’t know what that is, you’ll be very impressed when you find out!

With an illustrious career as Business Manager and Financial Director within the insurance and IT sectors, it’s fair to say that Jayne understands numbers and listens to what they say.

This makes her perfect for looking after money matters at Flat Fee Recruiter!

A very clever lady, Jayne is also great at languages, speaking Spanish, French, German, Latin and more. In fact, she could probably visit any country in the world and have a conversation – which is useful because she loves to talk!

What a lot of people don’t know:  Jayne has been to just about every Leeds United home game since she was 11 years old, and a season ticket holder for 33 years – giving Carl a run for his money!

Hannah joined FFR in early 2021 and hasn’t looked back – she loves writing everything from snappy sales copy to technical job adverts that require precision content!

Hannah loves to write adverts that clients can really be proud of, that both sell the brand and the role, helping attract the most talented potential new recruits.

What a lot of people don’t know: Hannah is a big animal lover and volunteers to help rescue centres find lovely new homes for cats, dogs and rabbits!

Jade is the newest addition to the team but has quickly proven herself invaluable, providing first class admin support across all areas of the business.

Jade is fresh out of university, where she studied Sociology, but as well as knowing a thing or two about human behaviours, she’s also learning a lot about the animal kingdom, because she owns seven dogs!

What a lot of people don’t know: Jade is a trend setter; her distinctive heart tattoo was later spotted on the arm of pop star Dua Lipa!

Storm is our resident pooch, who amongst other job duties, is responsible for making sure that each member of the team stays calm, takes a break, and gets a cuddle when they need it.

She is a visla-cocker cross and is highly intelligent and learns incredibly fast.  She loves playing ball, and always lets us know when it is home time.

What a lot of people don’t know: Storm was named after the X-Men character, but is so aptly named as you have never seen a faster dog.
